I keep hearing the same thing from everybody I talk to in our area.&nbsp; There isn't anything to show buyers right now.&nbsp; Guess what, it's true.&nbsp; Market inventory is at a 5 year low as we get ready for the 2012 spring market.&nbsp; With interest rates remaining low and economic news starting to sound a little bit more positive, I have personally seen buyers starting to come back in strong fashion.&nbsp;

Parkfairfax Native Plant Sale

The Parkfairfax Native Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, April 24th, from 9 am to 2 pm in the tennis courts parking lot adjacent to 3601 Valley Drive in Parkfairfax.&nbsp; There will be fourteen vendors from five states.&nbsp; This will be the largest plant sale in the Washington metro area. &nbsp;
